Why I’m studying abroad: Studying international sports and the Olympics are the main reasons that brought me abroad.
Why I’m excited for the Olympics: It is a childhood dream come true to be attending some of the Olympic Games. I never imagined that my piggy bank labeled “Olympics fund” as a kid, would actually bring me to the London 2012 games!

Why I’m studying abroad: For the international travel experience, and the opportunity to attend the Olympics.
Why I’m excited for the Olympics: The opportunity to see the top athletes from around the world compete against one another for national pride and glory.

Fun Fact: I have received personalized training from Olympic Gold Medal winning beach volleyball star, Misty May-Trainer. Her father, Butch May, was my senior year High School volleyball coach.
Why I’m studying abroad: Being able to take Sport Management classes in London, the same summer as the Olympics was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.
Why I’m excited for the Olympics: Just being in the same city as the Games is exciting enough. Also, after learning about the preparation leading into these games, it will be nice to see it all come together - in person!

Why I’m living abroad: Studying abroad in London was just too much fun; I had to find a way to come back! 2012 has been a fantastic year to be a Londoner.
Why I’m excited for the Olympics: I started swimming competitively at the age of 7, and that’s when my Olympic dream started. Although I’m not swimming in the Olympics, its a dream come true to experience the Games!
